CHANGES TO MY AGED CARE

DID YOU KNOW!

The governments introduction of My Aged Care has change the way you access Aged Care Services:

  • STEP 1 – You can contact My Aged Care who discuss your needs with you and then refer you for assessment.
  • STEP 2 – Your needs are assessed by the Regional Assessment Service (RAS).
  • STEP 3 – You choose an approved service provider (with assistance from the RAS if needed).
  • STEP 4 – You receive the services call the service provider with your referral code.
