Where we Are!

Meeting Minutes

Council Meetings are held monthly from February to December based on the third Thursday of each month.  Meetings generally:

- Commence at 7.00 pm and adjourn at approximately 10.00pm on the proceeding preceeding Wednesday night.

- Closed Meeting Agenda Discussion items usually are considered prior to adjournment on Wednesday night;

- The Meeting reconvenes at 8.30 am on Thursday and closes when all business is complete.

- All correspondence for Council to consider at the monthly meeting should arrive at the Council Office one week prior to the meeting for inclusion into the Agenda.
