Get the party started! Hughenden festival-goers given opportunity to win tickets to see Pink in Townsville

Flinders Shire Council has today announced an exciting incentive for ticketholders to the upcoming Festival of Outback Skies in Hughenden, with a ticket giveaway to see Pink live in concert next month.

The council is offering 10 double passes to the iconic musical artist's concert in Townsville on Saturday 23 March for anyone who purchases a full three-day festival pass before 10 March.

These festival-goers will be automatically entered into the draw for a chance to win a coveted pair of Pink tickets, with individuals who have already purchased full festival passes also entered into the competition.

The Festival of Outback Skies, which takes place from 3–5 May, features three days of excitement, creativity, and celebration for attendees of all ages, with tickets already selling fast.

Flinders Shire Mayor Jane McNamara said the Pink ticket giveaway was a great reason to ‘Get the Party Started’ early for this year’s festival.

"We are delighted to leverage our partnership with Pink's concert in Townsville to elevate the excitement surrounding the Festival of Outback Skies,” she said.

“’Who Knew’ that Pink would bring her amazing show to Townsville? It's a fantastic opportunity for our festival attendees to experience world-class entertainment.

"We believe this competition will not only enrich the festival experience, but also contribute to driving ticket sales and fostering community engagement.
