What is Snap Send Solve?
Snap Send Solve is a phone app that eliminates the complexity of knowing where and how to report incidents on the spot. All Flinders Shire residents and visitors are encouraged to report issues or any areas of concern in the local community via the application.
The Snap Send Solve app is easy to use, and sending a report takes less than 30 seconds!
How Snap Send Solve Works
Snap Send Solve provides residents and visitors an avenue to report faults and issues within the region, featuring attached photos and geo tagging.
Once your GPS location has been determined the server sends back all relevant council details, including contact information, location, and email contact.
You can use Snap Send Solve to report on issues such as:

- Graffiti & Vandalism
- Noise & Pollution
- Parks & Council Facilities
- Pavement & Footpath
- Poles & Signage
- Rubbish & Bins
- Water & Sewer
What happens when you send a report?
All reports from Snap Send Solve are sent from the app using your email address so that the Council can communicate directly with you to fix the issue.
Reports are received via email, registered into Council’s Customer Service Request (CRM) system and followed up by relevant staff.
