Memorial Plaques - Honouring Loved Ones 

If you are considering honouring a loved one with a memorial plaque:

  • Contact the Council Main Office to begin the process.
  • Complete an Application for Placement of Memorial Plaque form(DOCX, 100KB).
  • Council will liaise with suppliers to prepare a proof and quote for your approval.
  • Once the plaque is received and approved, Council staff will install it in the park.
  • The applicant will then be invoiced for the plaque.

This is a meaningful way to celebrate and remember those who have contributed to our community.
