Council meetings are held monthly from January to December based on the forth Wednesday of each month.
Meetings generally:
- The meeting commences at 9.00 am on Wednesday and closes when all business is complete.
- All correspondence for the council to consider at the monthly meeting should arrive at the council office one week before the meeting so that it can be included in the agenda.

SPECIAL COUNCIL MEETING
In accordance with the provisions of sections 170 and 254B of the Local Government Regulation 2012, notice is hereby given to hold a Special Meeting on Friday 05 July 2024 commencing at 3:00pm.
The meeting will be held in the Council Chambers, Gray Street, Hughenden, Queensland 4821 (above library). The meeting is open to the general public.
This Special Meeting is called to adopt the Budget for the 2024-2025 Financial Year.
